About Gift Bearers

Gift Bearers bring the gifts of bread and wine to the altar during the Mass. They are accompanied in this procession by the collection warden, who presents the gifts of our labour. The wardens usually invite parishioners to bring forward the gifts at each Mass, or parishioners offer their services at each Mass by registering on the whiteboard in the parish centre.

Gift Bearers need to be able to process in a reverent and unhurried manner.
